Come posso identificare il produttore delle mie finestre?

Allora, le guarnizioni di una delle finestre a doppio vetro della casa dei miei genitori non hanno funzionato (umidità e muffa tra i vetri). Voglio contattare il produttore per vedere se c'è una possibilità di sostituzione in garanzia.
